Coaching is for people who want to improve their life. As your coach I will work with you to identify personal goals, as well as obstacles and challenges.
Your goals may relate to wellbeing and relationships, or reducing and managing stress at work, university or home. You may have concerns about going back to work after raising a family, finding work/life balance, or starting your own business. You may need support and accountability to pass exams at school or university.
As your coach, I will be your guide, partner and confidant. Together we will identify and put into motion a dynamic, living action plan. With over 10 years of experience in psychology and physiotherapy, my approach is holistic with a focus on mental and physical wellbeing. I'm here to support you and help you reach your life goals.
