INDIVIDUAL COACHING 

HOW DOES PERSONAL COACHING WORK?

Session 1

A complimentary conversation to explore how coaching could be relevant to your situation and needs. This initial session will also map the framework for your journey of growth and change and we will agree on our mutual commitment to work together

Session 2

A tailored contracting and goal setting session that explores coaching outcomes and key measures of success. During this session I will ask considered questions that will help you clarify  your goals and establish a framework for change and growth

Session 3 and beyond

The following sessions will examine key influences, patterns and role models which have shaped your life. We will explore insights and design actions that will help you to achieve your goals. The number of sessions will be determined by your individual coaching goals and needs. I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to get the most from this process. Our final session will review your journey of discovery and insight and focus on a commitment to action with the identification of a dynamic and living plan. 



I offer online coaching and to facilitate change and growth I also encourage clients to participate in walk and talk sessions. Walk and talk coaching sessions is a mindfulness-based approach that develops mental and physical wellbeing. It helps clients relax, release physical tension, and process the coaching experience in a positive way.

Fees

30-min free initial session 

60-minute session:       $120

3x60-minute sessions:  $330




Academic Coaching is for College and University Students.

My approach uses scientifically proven coaching tools and practices to help students become independent and successful.


Academic coaching addresses the following:  


  • Organization and time management
  • Procrastination and loss of productivity due to social media 
  • Pre-planning of projects and creating study schedules
  • Improving and using effective study skills and strategies
  • Balancing study and social commitments
  • Handing in assignments and projects on time
  • Getting enough sleep, physical exercise and proper nutrition
  • Being accountable and making good choices


The steps in Academic Coaching are similar to individual coaching

ACADEMIC COACHING

Team- and Process coaching is a focussed approach that helps teams to achieve sustainable high-performance goals. Your team will discover how to reach targets and produce high-quality work, identify obstacles and challenges and serve multiple stakeholders. 


Team- and Process coaching will help team members:


  • Develop mutual understanding, trust and enjoyment working as a team
  • Increase their awareness of team performance
  • Become conscious of personal strengths, weaknesses, and the implications for teamwork
  • Sharpen their communication and interpersonal skills
  • Foster creativity and support diverse viewpoints to effectively address complex business challenges
  • Articulate their contribution to the organization, taking into account the overall vision and strategy 
  • Articulate how their work will serve various stakeholders and how it will make the world a better place for future generations (social and economic benefits)
  • Develop their commitment around a common purpose and concrete action plans 
  • Enhance their ability to work together (including cross-culturally and remotely)


The steps and aims in Team- and Process coaching will be defined in an individual contract.
